Shoden jikiden Reiki seminar programme:
- Mikao Usui’s Biography and History Japanese and Western Reiki
- Gokai, the 5 principles
- Reiki Mawashi (practicing how to feel the energy in group)
- The concept of Byosen (accumulation of toxins in the body)
- The first symbol
- How to perform Kestueki Kokan (a massage technique)
- Open the awareness to the flow of energy through the students’ hands
- Reiki practice- giving and receiving Reiki
- The Shoden seminar is divided in three sections and students will receive a Reiju (attunement) in each section
